Keto diet, energy and exercise

Hi All
I’ve been on keto for a week now , my fatigue seems to be over however just working out really is tiresome.
For example , doing the elliptical at a low pace has my leg muscles burning.
I’m wondering if this will ever pass and I’d like to get back to my more physical work outs.
Any tips or suggestions or even advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Are you making sure to supplement with adequate electrolytes?1

You probably have some electrolyte issues, but there are a lot of people who see significant decreases with performance with exercise on keto since you don't have as much glycogen stored. It's also possible you will since an improvement once fat adapted. It may not be as good as when you were eating carba though.1

Thankyou for your responses.
It might be electrolytes, I’ll give that a go to see if it helps. Thanks everyone. ☺️☺️☺️0 -

In either the energy drink/soda dept or with the lemon juice. Does the trick when electrolytes are wonky.0
