  • Oh I use a scale to measure food. It was a "Diet Center" scale....lol. yea tried that years ago too!
  • Actually, I'm on my feet all day long from 5am-3pm everyday. Run and tear at work. I'm a dietary aide. It's non stop work. So by the time I'm home I'm beat. Bad knee stops me from doing extra walking after work. I burn tons of calories according to my Fitbit. I just adjusted my calories to what MFP recommended. Let's see…
  • Thanks! I already drink sooo much water, guess I'll try to drink more lol. Thanks for EVERYONES input. I'm an emotional eater, but haven't "thrown in the towel" . Go me! ;)
  • Yes, I use a scale to measure food and always put it in my diary. I was at 1730 (I believe) calories a day and went to 1630 calories a day.
