I've been sticking to my 1630 calorie "diet" since October 2016. I haven't lost anything in 3 weeks now. Haven't gain tho. What do I need to do different? Help! :) I don't want to get discouraged. 47lbs lost so far.

What are your stats? How are you measuring your intake? Have you updated your calorie goal recently to account for the weight you lost?

    Could just be a plateau.

Do you use a food scale to weigh everything, and log everything into your food diary? If no, start there.

If yes, have you adjusted your calories down as you've lost weight?

Yes, I use a scale to measure food and always put it in my diary. I was at 1730 (I believe) calories a day and went to 1630 calories a day.

You might need to drop 50 cal and see how that goes. When I am maintaining, when I want to be losing, it's usually because I've slipped up somewhere in my counting. I know it, but just need a break sometimes.

Try changing up and cutting your macros too to see if that helps with some changes, also -- lots of water! Stay strong, 47 lbs is already an amazing milestone! You got this!

When was the last time you adjusted your calories? If you've lost 47# and haven't changed anything since 10/16 and you aren't losing maybe consider adjusting.
