I just moved from Florida to New Jersey in August and I love it up here. So beautiful and many more outdoor activities to do without having a heat stroke! I do not miss all the hotness down there.

I drink a Slimfast shake for breakfast. I am not ready to eat after my coffee and this is the best way to start my day with protein and all the other nutrients until I want food.

I am in love with the Cheesecake smoothie from Wawa and its beyond bad for me. 670 Calories...31g of fat...70g of sugar for the 12 oz...YIKES, but my goodness it tastes sooooo good!

Get rid of unhealthy snacks. If they are not available then you won't eat them. When I want a snack I stand at my pantry looking at MFP and comparing all the snacks to see which one is the best option according to what I have already eaten that day.

You can compare them both on the fit bit website. I just did and it seems the Blaze has a couple extra features, but it looks a little bigger and watch like. Jury selection is interesting to see which side uses their strikes on which juror based on voir dire. I have seen both sides argue over whether or not a juror can be "rehabilitated" meaning they could remain neutral despite certain feelings until they have heard all testimony and evidence.

What do you mean by a deficit? Thanks for the comments, really helpful and so true. If I crave a chip have a couple, but don't wipe out the entire bag while conquering my dvr list. lol

Stress level could play a factor in the bloating. I was dealing with it on a daily basis and it got so bad I felt like I was short of breath. Ever since I started drinking slim fast in the mornings and eating Activia with probiotics it has helped my digestion issues a lot! No more bloat for me these days.
