Bored, don't wanna work. I feel like I hit the productivity limit for the day. This is gonna cause the day to drag. People need to sit at their desk and quit walking by my desk, I can only pretend work for so long. hahaha Who else is feeling my pain?
So I think this weekend I am going to check out a gym membership. I have heard people mention leg day and cardio day. For a beginner going to the gym.... what routine should I start with? My goal is to go at least twice a week. So with all that being said...share your gym workout routine with me.
Do you have a cheat day or meal? How long into being healthy did you have a cheat meal? I am 4 days in and already dream of a cheat meal. >:)
