Man tried a curry simmer sauce hit like 32 net carbs biggest day since I started. Oops but enjoyed the variation in my diet. I didn't measure it so can't be sure how much I ate. Always measure peeps.

My 94 yr old pop passed away last week has. A time of mixed emotions. Feeling positive having diet on track feels like I'm taking good care of myself, and was able to far well pop in a way that honoured his life glad he's resting in peace. Life is full of difficult things having some accountability helps to stay on track.

12 net carbs today. Was mostly trying Keto as it's anti inflammatory had an allergic reaction yesterday will probably need a round of prednisone to resolve it. Was really wanting to avoid steroids as they raise your blood sugar but I guess with low low carbs should not be big set back.

Actually score negitive carbs -17 is that a thing? Had to have bits and pieces. Unexpected late nite out drank heaps of herbal tea. Standing on the scales was so confronting, 3 kilo improvement you can't be sad about that. Keep on keeping on.

Changed my mind about desert as I was full from dinner might do a fat bomb to hit my macros right on. Net = 2 this made me happy. Day 13 following LCHF. Cleared out my secret frozen brownie stash gave them to my sister. No going back

Nice to see someone else get low numbers. I tell you I'm eating twice a day and today scored -1 carb till after dinner when I splurged on halo top ice cream coz I went for a run. And seriously - 1. Total carbs 26. Fibre 18 = net 8 carbs.

Big moment of the day was banishing 20 packets of noodles and every grain of rice from my cupboards. Can now proudly say I have a carb free pantry. There is still a sugar vault. Small steps peeps.

Nice work you. NET CARBS IS EVERYTHING. Subtract your fibre count from total carbs and bingo you have your net total. I'm still learning lots about the Keto lifestyle.

I bought 2 Avocados waiting for them to ripen up an brighten my life. Reset your meal prep so you have tempting favs at the ready. I baked a whole tray of bacon that will get me through any slump.
