I’m 30. 5’3. 198lbs. Lightly active. MFP set my calories at 1600. I had a hard time eating that much 😭

My goal is to loose 2lbs a week. I’m getting married in November and would like to loose a significant amount of weight. I think I had my calorie goal a bit high today because I wasn’t hungry but was eating anyway 🤷🏼♀️ my new calorie goal is 1200. I’m working out 6 days a week.
