  • As of now I lift weights because that's what I love the most. I managed to make cardio less boring by going on a ride with my bike every morning for at least 30 minutes and walking from home to work and back!
  • Anything you can. I started using weights and my body loves it. Now I look forward to working out! I personally hate cardio. Got 1 set of 3 kilo dumbbells and one of 5 kilos. If you go to the gym you'll have the machines. Bodyweight exercises might also do you good!
