I won't lie, I went over the 50g carb max today. It was primarily due to having some cocktails with a friend, otherwise I would have been around my usual 20g. Instead I ended up at 60g for the day. Day 7 Net carbs: 39 Went on a long hike today and rewarded myself with a burrito in order to keep from being way under calories. Didn't realize just how many carbs are in the wraps though, so I def won't be making that mistake again. Next time I'll opt for an avocado.

Thank you! That makes me feel better that I'm not the only one experiencing the keto flu. I totally agree about electrolytes! I am definitely going to check out the Powerade zero and Hint Kick for when I need caffeine! Thanks for the suggestions!

Day 4 Net carbs: 33 I've been feeling very weak running on ~10g a day, so I decided to increase carbs a bit today to see if it would help with energy levels during workout. Feeling much better, so I will aim for 20g tmrw to see if that will work as a happy medium.

I actually started my first round of keto on Tuesday, hope it is still okay to participate. 5/9/17 Total carbs: 23 Fiber: 12 Net: 11 5/10/17 Total carbs: 23 Fiber: 12 Net: 11 I ate nearly the same both days (give or take some cheese).
