  • Add friends and accountability partners! That's one of my biggest downfalls- needing motivation. Once I started adding people on here I've noticed they like my statuses when I eat less calories for the day, do exercise, or just pump each other up for doing well. It really helps!
  • I had this problem a few weeks ago when I cut carbs out of my diet cold turkey when it was a fairly heavy macro in my prior diet. I barely pooped for 2 weeks, had horrible stomach pain, and actually thought I might have to go to the ER to get an enema. I tried getting organic smoothies with fiber, flax oil, etc…

  • You can do it! Just remember how much your end goal means to you. I'm not super knowledgeable about macros or specific workouts, but you're welcome to add me anyway! I love seeing other people's progress and exercises for the day on my feed, it motivates me to do better for myself.
  • I drink a protein shake for breakfast and follow with a piece of toast. I find it keeps me fuller for longer than cereal, since I don't have the time to make a nice breakfast having to wake up at 4:30AM every day.   • I'm not sure of what I'm supposed to measure. My stomach and thighs? That's where I need to lose weight the most.
  • I don't use this app very much just because I'm just beginning my journey (trying to lose about 50lbs), but I do keep a few Pinterest boards on healthy snacks/foods, exercises, etc. I'm having a bit of a hard time actually starting but you're more than welcome to add me on here an Pinterest!
