May 19 - total carbs 25, net 15 Starting weight was 144 and I'm 139 this week - 8 days keto. I know most of it was water weight but still it's nice to the scale going, especially since I haven't been exercising much. I'm planning to start adding more exercise starting tomorrow.

Make sure you stay hydrated and get your electrolytes. Stomach flu can lead to dehydration. Feel better soon!

Yup, same struggle here. I started taking chia seeds yesterday to try and increase my fibre so hopefully that helps. I'm also going to try and eat more celery. Hope you feel better soon:)
