They're wondering what you're plotting ;)

Hey welcome back, I've done the same come and gone from the site. I've got 35 or so pounds to lose, after developing a chronic inflammation and pain condition and going from 106 to 160 I came back to MFP to help track what I am eating. Feel free to add me, love some mutual motivation.

This is like asking if you'd be OK stuck on an island with a food source ahaa, I'd be okay with anyone, be careful I might eat you.

Sure, he could probably lift me up too if he wanted.

I'm glad you've found something that works for you! If you find that it's not going as well as you'd like, there are theories that if you put yourself in a calorie deficient by fasting, your body is unsure when it will get it's food so it kicks into survival mode and holds onto more fat as a mechanism to keep us alive. :D…

Ohh I see. I think I have a mild allergy to curry, however tumeric I have used in the past seems to be fine. Perhaps I'll try some recipes with it nin the near future. Your salad dressing sounds delicious! That is awesome, I am glad you got some Zumba in. I hear you, not every day is going to be the same. :) Do what we can…

Hey there! Thanks for your response. If you're having problems with your wrists, ongoing, you should definitely get it looked at. I'm not sure if there is a direct correlation between fasting and reducing inflammation, because time and rest also tends to bring inflammation down. Hehee I think I love food too much to fast…

Thank you for your kind words, you are such a sweet heart :) I agree, it is shocking in one way learning that family can be toxic. However to me family is subjective, I recently had friends of mine offer to do holiday dinners together (hub not too happy because those two are vegan and we are not, lol he's really picky) but…

I'm sorry about your conditions, your dedication however is very inspiring. You're right, like they say: "You don't use it, you lose it." Sitting around isn't going to help. Resting adequately for the condition yes, but that's not all day. :/ It's just scary because I used to be able to workout no problem, loved lifting…

Thank you. that kind of makes me tear up. I totally am not trying as hard as I could be, even with my limitations and I full on know it - and that still doesn't get me going. Perhaps thats the depression? Hard man, watching my food diaries tell me I'm just going to keep gaining if things don't change has been helping. It's…

Thank you for sharing with me. I couldn't imagine being written off as a hypochondriac (what I think my first rheumatologist may have done, I feel he wrote off my symptoms and now, a year later, it's way worse.) I already feel like I am going crazy, sometimes I feel fine, then I go and move and my shoulder feels like it's…

Thank you for your well wishes, that is great information. I am glad she has found something that works for her. My diet does need some tweaking, the pain - especially now in my fingers, makes it so difficult to make food, prep and cook and the clean up. It's difficult for me to do now, and sometimes I get discouraged from…

I confess that I had a very difficult time thinking about something to confess.

Thank you, you're a sweetheart. Doc told me looks like were on the uncurable end of the spectrum, more "pain management" since there is no known cure for what he thinks this is. Days will get better I'm positive :)
-
No I don't think I do, I definitely have some diet tweaking to do now that I'm not as active. I'll have to look into anti-inflammaory foods more.

We mourned his loss here, had a sound garden and audioslave marathon earlier this evening in his honor. Such a shame.

Ahaha :P Well now I'm intrigued, lag caught me on the guy putting up a TV apparently, nope, haven't creeped yet :P

Nope, not sure I will. The expression is not very inviting.

I do the following: And it may sound robotic, but I do not talk down about myself, to myself, about myself -- it is ineffective and nonsensical. Anywho.. What do I do the day after I overeat, Well firstly, The day of, I track whatever it is, temptations, treats and more. Doesn't matter. If I can an accurate representation,…

If the intensity is causing your physical pain or unwellness then it is something to consider tweaking. A lot of great point were made above, when you change your activity level you also need to change other things. For example: How much you are eating. If you are not properly hydrated or ingesting the proper proteins,…
