I set small goals that keep me moving forward. Example: today the goal was to go to the gym and burn so calories. My next goal is 10lbs by Christmas. Hello... I competed in 2 NPC shows before I had my daughter. It has been 6 years and I'm finally getting my body back in shape.

I exercise 4-6 times per week. I do anything from T25, cardio, or resistance training. It has really helped me with stress management. I have changed my diet and that has resulted in weight loss. It is true that abs are made in the kitchen.
