I never eat back my exercise calories. I eat 1200 calories per day and measure and weigh and RECORD everything. I have lost 35 pounds at a rate of 2-3 pounds per week. I walk 45 minutes a day and do zumba 3 times a week.

Love the breast for less calories and the thighs for full flavor and wings...well who doesn't love wings! I like to shake it up so I don't get bored!

I always weigh raw...by the time I cook it I want to EAT not weigh LOL.

That is why I only weigh myself once a week.

Taco Salad...chicken or ground turkey, red peppers, onions, salsa, low fat sour cream and yes even some doritos!

I do not eat my exercise calories back. I am getting enough food without doing that.

You can add me! I have lost 24 pounds of my 100 pound need. The only time I didn't log in was when I went on vacation because wifi wasn't available. I am also a teacher so we can motivate each other to ignore the lounge treats when school starts back up!

Honestly I got sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I mostly eat really healthy now but I also eat what I want so when I really want that "temptation" I have a small amount. The reward is in how you feel.

I had the same problem on vacation. At the end of the day does it matter? Just decide your next goal is to beat that number!
