I lost 80 and the only reason I didn't lose more was I had to have hip replacement surgery.

The most accurate is after but I found that to a bit of a pain sometimes so I read that meat tends to be 25 % less after cooking. So I will log a 3 ounce portion of cooked chicken as 4 ounces.

I am 7.5 weeks post op. I walked 3-4 miles a day prior to surgery. I am now up to 1-1.5 miles a day and I do modified Zumba 2 times a week. I lost 60 pounds in 6 months prior to surgery and have lost another 10 since. Best of luck

Popcorn is low calorie. You can air pop it and spray some I can't believe its not butter spray or get some 100 calorie microwave bags

A calorie is a calorie is a calorie. Some may be more healthy for your body but they are still a calorie and burn the same.

One diet soda a day is fine. Regular soda has calories with no nutritive value. The studies that showed diet soda to be bad were way too small and not conclusive and honestly can't back up if it is bad for you or not. I don't eat exercise calories back unless I have a week-end social event. Otherwise I stick to my original 1200 calorie goal.
