hey MFP friends - I am cutting to a 1300ish cal diet and would love to see what others eat in that amount. i'll give you mine:

Breakfast:
FF chobani raspberry yogurt: 120
Cashew / almond nut mix (prepacked) - 240

Lunch:
Salad with candied pecans, crumbled blue cheese, sundried tomatos, and mushrooms over spinach. 1 scoop waldorf chicken salad. 1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette dressing - 510

Dinner:
5 oz boneless skinless chicken breast marinated in italian dressing
2 cups peas - 323

Snack:
1 bite size baby ruth: 43

Total: 1311 cals

Anyone else want to bite? Love getting new ideas!
