    tea, granola cereal with pumpkin seeds, one egg omelet with cheese. Then I went to the gym and worked off half of those calories. football snacks this afternoon!

    2 eggs + 1 Tbl. heavy cream + 1 ounce dill Harvarti cheese scrambled in the microwave. Coffee with soy milk. 40 g prunes + 20 grams of dried apples a bit later.

    I'm big on breakfast and eat a smaller lunch, typically.

    1 hard boiled egg, 1 piece of whole grain white toast + light butter, 3/4 cup cheerios + 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, 8 fl oz orange juice, a peach, and 2 pieces of canadian bacon.

    520 calories!

    2 organic eggs scrambled in the grease of one slice of uncured bacon sandwiched into two small potato rolls with swiss cheese and 3 mugs of steaming hot green tea. 590 calories of satisfaction.

    Went to dennys. Had a bit of some scrambled egg whites on half am English muffin, a little butter, one piece of Turkey bacon and a spoonful of grits (never had them before)

    First, two cups of hot tea with a homemade (gluten free) Oatmeal cookie. Then, 2 slices of crisp bacon along with one egg sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley and scrambled in a little butter. Total calories = 242.
