    Two egg and two rashurs of bacon scrambled egg with spinach, red onion and plum tomatoes, fried with fry light coconut oil. Deeeeelicious.

    Breakfast today was a big whopping nothing. I try to eat a clean paleo based diet and eat intuitively and this morning I just wasn't feeling food!

    16g peanut butter
    1TB half and half in 16oz of coffee

    Best and most filling breakfast I've had in a while. I'm 30 minutes from lunch and not starving!

    1 slice toasted quinoa bread (bought by mistake, but yummy and healthy, so I'm going with it!) with avocado on it, and an egg. Coffee and 1 Tb of half and half.

    Today was crunchy granola Raisin Bran with 2% milk, 3 cups of coffee with half and half.

    Normally, it is 2 cups of almond milk, banana and protein powder shake. And coffee of course.

    I am having overnight oats made up of 40g of oats, 80g of fresh pineapple, 80g of fresh blueberries, 200ml of coconut milk, dash of nutmeg and a dash of cinnamon.

    washed down with two black coffee
