just keep some little snacks like dried fruits and nuts if you think you need a snack once in awhile, that are healthier or try to keep the other unhealthy stuff out of reach/view. 10+ feet away helps cut back the cravings. try and work it out so its out of sight, out of mind.

Eating "more" may not be the problem. Just try like someone said eating calorie dense foods, and that way you get more calories and nutrients for the same amount of food. Sometimes you just cant eat more without feeling sick so maybe just switch it up a little.

Women are especially likely to fluctuate 5-10lbs at any point due to water. Its physically not possible to eat enough to gain that much weight so don't stress. It'll go away soon enough. :)
