My NSV is my knees, wrists, fingers, and toes are looking a little boney. My SV is Down 49 lbs since April 4th. Still have 78 lbs to go. I just realized I passed the 80 lbs to go mark! And it seems like yesterday I was at the 100 to go mark! Love this WOE

I am down 47 lbs since April 4th. I made it through the flu! When I was sick, tired, nauseous, I added salt to my water. It worked fast! Pickle juice works too. Don't give up. Don't exercise right now either. YouTube has some great people doing keto. Search keto flu.
