I've noticed the same thing. I feel so clear headed and calm on the rare days I am able to eat healthfully and in a balanced ways. The days I eat crap, I feel tired and ravenous and grouchy.

I'm a full time working mom with a fourteen year old and a three year old, so I understand all to well how challenging it can be to find time and energy to put towards weight loss when you have people depending on you for literally everything lol. Count me in, too!! I have a goal to lose 20 by my birthday on 04/29. Start weight is 209 (that sucked to type), first mini goal weight is 189! (I'm 5'8 if that matters)
