I deal with binge eating constantly. I'll do really good for days then have an episode. I think it's because I restrict myself from certain food and then binge on it. You made the comment you don't restrict yourself from certain food or label it bad. I so needed to read that. Thank you! You look amazing!

Made it to the gym this am! Wahoo! Already at 6, 810 steps! Plan on walking more on the treadmill when the new season of Say Yes to the Dress comes on this evening!! One of my favorite shows 😉

Hi, I'm 46 and trying to get back on track. In 2013 I weighed around 125. I had lost around 50 lbs or so after a divorce. Kept it off for 2 yrs! Now I'm off and on the wagon all the time. Trying to get it off for good this time 😁 CW: 170 GW: 135

I lost close to 60 lbs or so in 2012. Kept it off for 2 yrs! Now I've gained most of it back. I used to walk for an hour every day. I feel so much better when I work out but can't find the motivation. Hoping a new year will be a new beginning to get back on track for good!

I LOVE Leslie and walk at home! It helped me lose a lot of weight about 4 yrs ago. Unfortunately it found me again so now it's back to walking it off again. 😁

I don't know of any groups but I had this issue too. I started doing my walking in the evenings. This has helped a lot. It makes me not want to sabatoge what I just did. I also don't keep junk food in the house anymore. Hope this might help.

The only way I can get it to work is unlink and relink every am. In the evening it quits working and steps are not correct for the day 😡😠

So here we are again. It stopped syncing yesterday afternoon. This am Fitbit isn't even showing up on my diary page. I guess I will go and unlink apps then link them back. We shouldn't have to do this on a daily basis!!! I'm sending an email everyday and a screenshot of the issue on my phone. Maybe they'll fix it…

Mine stopped syncing this weekend. I went onto the computer Monday, unlinked both then linked back. It started to work. Then yesterday afternoon it stopped again. Had to repeat same procedure this am. It started working. Now looks like it stopped again!! Sent numerous emails. They don't seem to care about the frustration…

I'm 44 and I'm finding it a lot slower to lose it, ugh. I lost around 65lbs before I turned 40. Now I've gained 40 back. I get so frustrated

Thanks everyone. I think we all wish we could just wake up 40 lbs lighter. I know it took me awhile to put it on so it'll take a bit to get it off.
