1200 calories doesn't sound like a great idea I think your body slows down and actually tries to store more weight

Also if anyone has a iPhone a great workout app is "Fitbod" I've been using it for almost a month now and it creates a workout for you to follow and has video on how to correctly do it. Plus you can have it base it off the equipment you have available in your gym.
