I have been using the MDiet in conjunction with a strict vegetarian one. Calories can get away with you if you add too much olive oil. Since incorporating it into my menus I have been taken off of BP meds. Not sure what direct part it played however since increased cardio and weight loss probably played a large role.

Before I quit power lifting I'd spend 1 1/2 hours three times a week in the gym. Then another hour every day with ice packs and heating pads.

Wear what ever is the most comfortable for you. The truth is most gym goers are so obsessed with how they look to others you won't even be noticed.

Nothing is simple, just do not obsess over calories. Just eat reasonably and exercise regularly & consistantly but do not fall into the trap of chasing the numbers on the scales or your fitness tracker.

Instead of wearing 1 pair of socks, wear 2 thinner socks. I prevents blisters on longer runs.
