Changed diet and exercise habits and have not needed my unpronounceable BP medicine. Hoping some vegetarianism will do the same for cholesterol.

Transitioning From Power lifting to Cycling
Went from 250# weight class down to 220# actual. Lost 30# of muscle and fat. Now I'm light enough to ride a carbon fibre road bike but I want to weigh in at 210#, only 10# more to go. No more aching joints!

Recovering Power Lifter - Moving on to General Fitness
Trying to loose 35 pounds fat and muscle to make weight of 210 pounds. So far, have lost 25 and have 10 or so more to go.
