  • You people are sarcastic. FYI yes I was at a casino and had salmon and arugula. Day two I attempted to have a burger and had two bites and couldn't eat it but gave myself a 300 calorie count for the two bites. Just saying I faithfully logged even though I wasn't home.

  • When my diary was public I got bashed for eating under 1000 calories or accused of not being truthful. I am not only making a permanent lifestyle change but am trying to lose as much as possible for my wedding. I'll raise my calories after the wedding.

  • I have high blood pressure and I'm insulin resistant. I think I'm eating more than logged. I mean, I log what I eat but I didn't have a food scale until today so I think it's off. So far I haven't lost any weight in the last 2 weeks but I've lost 4 inches.

  • I'm 5'5 and currently 187. I'm on a pretty low calorie diet. Some days 1200-1400. Some days I only get in 1000 calories which I know is too low. I was totally sedintary until a few weeks ago.   • I'll admit I'm no speed demon, but I've been sedintary for 2 years and I'm walking as fast as I can without totally winding myself. It took me 55 minutes to walk 3.4 miles. Is this why so few calories are burned?
  • Seems an hour of brisk walking to the point of breaking a sweat and being slightly out of breath would burn more than 160 calories

  • I am having trouble losing also. I thought maybe I was cutting too many calories(1000),so for a few days I added 200 to 400 calories. I continued my cardio. Gained 2 pounds. The calories I added were sugar and carb free. Mostly protien and veggies.

  • I'm not lying to myself or anyone about my food intake. I'm 50 pounds overweight. I recently was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I'm also getting married in July.   • I am only having 2 of these 160 calorie shakes, 1 piece of grilled chicken, 2 cups of raw spinach, and about a cup of strawberries. I try to keep it as low as possible. I occasionally snack on almonds. And as much lemon water as I can drink. That's been my daily intake of food for a couple weeks now.
