Step calorie adjustment.
If my step calorie adjustments put my exercise calories at 164, does that mean that's the total amount of calories burned? I don't go back and add it in exercise with duration and estimate pace of walk do I? Isn't that repetitive?

Fat question
I am doing a low carb, no sugar diet. This sometimes leaves me with higher fat counts. I eat lots of spinach, chicken, boiled eggs, and my favorite protein shake(9 grams of fat). If I end up snacking on nuts, my fat and calories go thru the roof. I prefer a shake or smoothie in the morning and salads with protien after…

Zero to 80
I just logged an 80 minute cardio session. I never would have thought it's possible considering until a month or so ago I literally sat on my butt 24/7. Yay me!

Can't lose
I have cut my food intake to 2 protien shakes and grilled chicken with strawberries and spinach. I have in the past been very sedintary but since cutting food intake I've been hiking 3 miles per day. I'm on like day 14 and have hardly lost an ounce. I'm so discouraged I want to pull the covers over my head and eat Velveeta…
