At first MFP put me at 1265 cal because I was not working out. Once I started working out my calorie intake increased to 1450. I work out 5 days a week for about 1 hour . 30 minutes cardio and 30 to 45 minutes weight lifting

No need to be rude, as I had PREVIOUSLY stated I had read an article that states the first week you tend to lose the most weight.. so there's no need for you to get smart we're here to encourage each other not make fun or ridicule them some of us are new to this and don't have that experience others have

I'm 5'2 34 years old been on 1200 calories for 2 weeks now was doing 1500-2500 calories before I went to 1200 .... So I need to increase my exercise time every week or every day?

I was reading in an article on Live strong that the first week you should see a significantly weight loss 3-5 lbs since it's the first week and every week after that should be between 1 to 2 pounds a week...I guess I had high expectations lol

Hi! Looks like we're on the same boat except that im a little shorter 5'2. We have the same goals I started at 193 last week and am down to 189 my goal is to weigh 145. Do you have a goal date? Lets do this!!! :D

Hi, Im also thinking about starting the keto diet but i feel like i will starve myself since its only 3 meals! I was used to having 2500 a day now im down to 1200 and I'm having sugar withdrawals!!!! ahhhhhh!!!! Feel free to add me. Good luck!!!
