I would love to see that pic! It's one thing when you see a random photo on the internet, but much more motivating if you see someone 'real' (if you know what I mean) actually achieved such a result. Have you tried tempeh? The benefits of tofu, but better tasting in my opinion. Just bake it with a little soy sauce and you're all set.
