  • If I really crave something I just wait it out. Eat a bit of coconut if I crave something sweet WITH coconut. If I still really want it after a couple of days I'll eat the actual thing. That has slowly helped me to a point where I don't really have 'unhealthy' (High calorie/low in nutrients) cravings anymore.
  • Try learning a bit more about macro's (protein, carbs and fats) Having the right balance will most likely get rid of your hunger.

  • Well first of all, I'm not sure fruit juice is the best use of your calories. Also, try foods you need to chew instead of 'foods' you can basically drink. That'll help a lot already.

  • This could be a big one. I started having this immense hunger yesterday. Turns out during ovulation and the beginning of your period your BMR goes up about 15%. I'm not sure about the reliability of the source, but it made a lot of sense to me that it would go up at least some. 15% seems really high though.

  • My lunch is my biggest meal during the day on 500 calories. Breakfast and dinner are both almost 300. It's 200gr chicken, 200gr mixed vegetables, 25gr feta cheese and Thai red curry spices. Super delicious!

  • I'm taking a little break from ripped in 30. Doing the high intensity versions of the exercises was too harsh on my weak and untrained body (I don't know moderation when I'm put to a challenge, haha), so I'll be doing calisthenics combined with runs as preperation first.
