Well it didn't work! haha. I was loosing weight. I'm 5'2 a stay at home mom of 9. My life is pretty sedentary. I mean I workout low impact from 7-8:30 am 5-6 days a week (recumbent bike with arms, 5lb dumbbells and squats). I wash dishe, run after my kiddos, maintaining my house.
