Today was a gym day but I'm under the weather. Thanks to those for your respoinse about my workouts...made me feel better!! Will make up the loss thus weekend.

Today is my down day BUT I'm feeling guilty. Yesterday was 30 minutes treadmill at moderate pace and butt and legs. I have to admit, I thought I was doing good until I read some of these workouts, I feel like I'm way under performing.

30 minutes treadmill moderate pace and stomach day. 100 crunches and 60 lateral crunch each side

You can do it!! Exercise is HUGE with diabetes...even walking if u .can swing it

I only managed 30 mins of cardio on the treadmill BUT, I got my *kitten* up and did it so I'm happy. Back to weight training and cardio tomorrow. Upper body!

To avoid feeling frustrated with muscle gain, take measurements. We rely so much on the scale, but it doesn't tell the whole story!

Would love to pal it up! If been fighting diabetes and fatty liver for 1.5 years. Last blood work was non prediabetic when my original was dangerous levels. Then I got off the exercise eating well path and now I'm fighting my way back. Good luck with the bloodwork!!! Not sure how to add friends yet, first time using…
