Me too! I’ve been doing Keto for almost 2 weeks (minus thanksgiving and a day a Disneyland). I feel kinda unhealthy without the fruit and limited veggies. Breakfast is easy but I’m sort of struggling with what to eat at lunch and dinner

I’ve had blood work done and the levels all seem normal. And I feel pretty normal now too. Intake? Do you mean food? I use this app to calculate calories and macros
