Yes, I did that before & I lost 65 pounds. Of those 65 pounds I've gained 30 back. I weigh more now than I did 3 years ago when I delivered my last child. I wanted to rejoin MyFitnessPal and be faithful to it because I need to be accountable and I know everyone on here will help me do that.
