Ok, I am so constipated and I want to know what the heck your eating to consume that much fiber LOL. As long as your regular and drinking plenty of water to push everything out you should be fine, but I must admit I'm jealous! What are you eating?!

Honestly, I haven't been eating enough fiber or vegetables, so I've gained a few pounds but I know a good poop will set me right back on track LOL I've been eating within my macros so what else could it be other than a clogged poop chute? Add me if you've ever been constipated! <3

When your active or doing strenuous muscle activity, the area becomes inflamed.
