Ok, firstly my stats are: 5ft8, 56kg (8 1/2 stone I think) and eating around 1700-1750 cals a day, and I swim and run as well as doing PE lessons in school.
I began at 60kg around a year ago and weighed myself about a week ago, and was 56kg.
However, I feel very heavy at the moment, I even feel worse than when I was about 57kg, and I feel as if my legs have gotten wider. Has my metabolism slowed down ALOT due to low calorie intake? Or can your legs 'bloat'?

When your active or doing strenuous muscle activity, the area becomes inflamed. When I do a large amount of squats with weights, my thighs are puffy and inflamed, but it's all in the process of building muscle. Your muscle tears and rebuilds when you exercise/lift weights, and bloat/inflammation is part of that cycle. Also, you may be eating too little carbs and too little fiber. I see so many people on here eating WAY too little, I plateaued and got so bloated from eating too little carbs. Make sure that you recalculate on here your activity level and your hitting the recommended amount of carbs and protein and pay attention to fiber, that helps with bloat. Good luck!
