Starting weight as of this morning is 181.5 lbs. and my ultimate goal is to lose 30 lbs. Other than posting here is there something else I have to do?

If you're vegan then you may need a B-12 supplement. If you're vegetarian and eat a wide variety of foods then you're probably getting all you need.

I lost 50 lbs following WW but I have gradually gained weight again so need to lose 30 lbs. I would love to join this challenge!
