I love salmon patties. Besides the salmon and egg I add a bit of lemon juice and a tbl or 2 of red curry paste. Top with a dab of chutney.

The gym my husband uses requires you to make an appointment online. Your appt is for two hours. You check in when you enter the gym and check out when you go - that’s how they know how many are in the gym. Right now he is going only to swim laps. He likes it because you are assigned a lane - you have it for an hour.

I just saw this challenge and it is just what I need. Evening eating is my downfall. I have no problem with food during the day but somehow I equate eating in the evening with relaxing. My goal is to limit evening eating to one piece of fruit that is already counted and logged.
