  • Short intense work out, followed by short rest, repeated over a number of times. For example I would consider running for 2 minutes then walking for 30 seconds to be a hiit workout.

  • I have recently started having mind with half a banana and around 2 teaspoons of honey. :) used to just add honey but felt like I needed more fruit in my life. I also loved it with sweet orange melon. And I think its good with any sweet fruit.

  • My favourite recipe for BBQ is kebabs - cherry tomatoes, beef cubes,pineapple, bell pepper, onions, zucchini. Marinade the beef in honey, lemon, mustard, meat spice mix for couple hours before putting them on the sticks. Takes about 10 minutes to grill.
  • Anything that you have to go to specific health shops to buy. If I can't buy from my regular supermarket I think its *kitten*. That includes chia seeds, flax seeds, protein shakes ect.
