  • Thanks again everybody, I think I have put 0.5kg to lose per week, but not 100% sure, I might need to review. These are my first steps, so I might adjust seeing how it goes. For sure it would be hard to not eat back my exercise calories :worried: in the last few days I have been very good to stick to the recommendations…
