Often times we crave sugar when we're not taking in the right number of carbs. I'd take a look at your carb levels and see if you could make some healthy carb increases :smile:

Thanks for the kudos! Weight will be my forever struggle. My issue is binge eating and I have to work to overcome the urges every day. I am really good at eating clean (now) and the regular exercise piece is my new piece to conquer. I’ve signed up for a half marathon in May and have made it up to 12 miles at a time now.…
