  • To be honest if you feel like 2000 cals is too much it probably is, there is no point forcing yourself to eat for the sake of it. I personally think your better off eating your meals when your hungry and stop when your full. If your still worried your under eating you could speak to your GP or Midwife for piece of mind?…
