I would go and see your doctor. I know some pharmacy change there medical for cheaper ones, is down to how cheap they can get it to save themselves money.

Thanks guys, i will keep to LCHF and wacth my calories intakes which i worked out to be no more then 1500 with 5% carbs 35% protine 60% fat, and see how i will get on with that.

Tried ruled me calculate but i dont know my fat % which is needed for it. When i did try to work it out i came out with 45% bodyfat which can't be right as my weight is 169 pound.

Regards to your comment Alexander, is lot cheaper to buy junk food then healthy food hence if is a low poverty town you will get more overweight/unhealthy peopler. They should make health food lot cheaper and put the prices up on junk food that way more peopler would be more healthier but that means the big companies like…

Not sure about my macros, but i am doing 5% carbs 20% protine and 75% fat with a 1500 kcal. Which i am fine with, been doing low carbs for around 6 month with some off days. My weight is 169 pounds. If you eat plenty of protein( like chicken) before you work out then there is no need to have the protein powder. And meat means protein and none carbs.
