vanilla quark 80g , muesli 35g , blueberries 35g ,raspberries 35g, blackberries 60g....... quark is high protein , so very rarely get hungry before lunch ! all for a 250 calories .... simple :-)

negatives 1. need a new wardrobe 2. need larger salary to pay for the wardrobe 3. no more cake ! or cookies ever :smile: positive 1. feel a lot more energetic and awake , no major days where i exhausted 2. back to my weight when i was much younger 3. hopefully cured my type 2 diabetes finally !!!

sounds like you need a stretching routing pre and post exercise , also look at taking protein shake or protein bar an hour after intense exercise

try to offset with exercise, work out your BMR , this will give you an idea of what calories your body needs , sometime people neglect to do this and drop their intake to low .

I'm a big cyclist and a lot of the post exercise snack are high protein , maybe these are worth look at , best make is zipvit make sure you get the protein recovery snack , not the energy snack , not sure if they sell them The USA , guess that where your located ?

What is your BMI and weight also your waist size measured across your navel ? I'm type 2 but estimate I'll be off meds ( metformin ) in the next 6 months after reducing my weight from 80kg down to 67kg and recently taking up cycling , I cycle about 25 miles every other day , just completed my first sportif of 100mile.
