Ive had xrays and the doctor says nothing is wrong. Since this day i have had multiple carb refeeds(cheat days) and have had similar responses but not as bad but when i drink its tenfold. Very curious about it. But through ketosis ive found alot of pains ive had brfore have dramatically decreased

Happens to me at least once a month someday you're too busy and don't think about food or you're just not hungry. Maybe just eat a little extra another day during the week if you're worried you'll lose muscle or fat too fast.

It's calculated off of a BMR but sometimes they do see fishy. What I'd suggest is doing you own Bmr on google and matching it to this one. Don't set your activity level to anything but the lowest one so it doesn't effect your calories and eat 400-500calories deficit and you'll lose weight unless you have kind of weird…

Keto may not be for you but it's definitely possible to get that much fat in without that many carbs. What you should remember is Net carbs which is the reduction of total carbs subtracted from total fiber within that food. So 10g Carbs with 8g fiber would make it 2g Net carbs. Just a little struggle to get through that…
