I made a crock pot meal tonight and followed everyone’s advice. I think I got it down. Also realized what I considered a serving before was wildly off. Thanks everyone!! Not sure what I would do without the MFP community!

I quit cold turkey and it was hard especially since my husband likes to keep some in the house. After a few weeks of drinking water I took a sip of one and it wasn’t nearly as satisfying as it was before. It’s tough but you just gotta give it a good shot and stick with it.

Almost always mixed up. I typically stick to one pot meals. That makes sense though. I think I’ll have to invest in a bigger food scale. Thanks for helping me figure this out!

Ahhh okay. I get it now. That crossed my mind but I was wondering how I’d weigh a whole meal. Just weigh everything individually then add it up yeah? I think I’m making it harder than it needs to be.

It's okay! We all need a break sometimes. That's my opinion on the subject anyways. As for calorie counting at restaurants I believe most have their calories listed on the menus these days. If not just watch your portions. I've realized it's much more enjoyable when you don't turn it into a chore. Stay consistent but don't…

I'm your same position. Have you tried any work out videos? I use fitness blender. Their website allows you to search by difficulty level and they have modifications to every excersise in case it may be to hard or to easy.

In your journey so far did you fall out of it at all? Between the holiday rush and a sick kid I've just lost my way this past week. Having a hard time getting back up. Makes me feel so terrible. Today is my first day back into my normal routine. I plan to pick the up the pace but I feel like I'm starting over.
