I was curious as the sugar content. I am in love with pineapples right now and would use it with any type of fish. I am trying to go away from meat so a fish diet is my goal.

My fave was and still is 0% Greek yogurt and 2 tbs of powdered peanut butter. And a banana. Use a fork and blend together and refrigerate overnight. Amazeballs. I add a sprinkle of truvia for sweet.

I have found Cut Da Carb wraps are amazing also perfect 10 bagels when I did the double W diet.

My cholesterol was actually thru the roof with freestyle. I want to be healthy a bit curvy and not gross looking.
