Are you weighing all of your food?

It's not OK that you love it with fish....in my opinion, because I think pineapple in savoury things is weird.

Pineapple is delicious though... Why wouldnt it be ok? (unripe? Bruised? Mouldy?)

I was curious as the sugar content. I am in love with pineapples right now and would use it with any type of fish. I am trying to go away from meat so a fish diet is my goal.

My thought is too much. That and coconut. It's summer so I am trying to think of things that are for the season.

Eat the fish and pineapple. Both are great sources of nutrients. make a nice pineapple salsa to top Mahi.

Are you logging all your food as accurately as possible, ideally using a food scale?
Does the pineapple, fish and coconut fit within your calories?
Are you getting other essential nutrients?
    Do you enjoy it?

If the answer is yes to the above then no reason not to eat the pineapple.

Yes, all the yummy nutritious foods in moderation. Moderation is the key.
