Sort of but that was more strength oriented (based on what I looked up) I just do jumping jacks and then random steps side to side while moving my arms lol it's ok I will just have to not put it in

4'10 here I'm 120 at the moment and it is all in places I don't want it to be. :( it's a struggle for me to lose it so I'm not a success story, but I'm trying to be. I would love some more short friends with tips :)

I'm 4'10 and MFP put me at 1200 but by the stats you all are giving maybe I should move it up? I put it at 1300 for this last week.

I'm 4'10 and MFP gave me the same thing, I moved it up to 1300 because I didn't feel like I was eating enough.

Hey! Not from Texas, but the way I got started was just small stuff, like I like fast food so I picked one place that I would stop going to and maybe try and replace it with a healthy meal or a meal from home
