Track exercise from Fitbit to MFP
Hi everyone, I have a fitbit and I know that exercise and tracking food on MFP will go to my Fitbit app, however I am wondering if there is a way to track my fitbit exercises to MFP. For example I use my fitbit to calculate my runs, but it only stays in the app. If I input my run manually into MFP, it gets counted twice.…

Up and Down Weight
Due to Covid stress and lack of opportunities to exercise my weight is going back up and I have been eating terrible. Any advice on how I can do small steps to change my diet? I am a huge fan of sugar and unhealthy snacks. So far I am working on drinking more water.

Finding pants problems
Hey MFP I have lost some weight and now my pants don’t fit. Yay! And no lol I’m in between sizes so finding new pants is hard. The sensible thing would be to wear a belt, however I’m allergic to nickel which is like every belt buckle ever. Anyone have any suggestions?
